did you check the alternator??
More than likely the alternator is defective or the belt is loose.
The wires to the starter are probably connected wrong.
Does you car starts??? if no that means your battery doesnt have enough adequate power...there are 2 things... your battery maybe damaged or your alternator is damaged causing not charging up the battery..but if your car starts..try to reset your computer by unplugging the negative battery then turn the ignition on for 20 seconds then plug the negative battery back..now check if you still have the battery lights on..cheers..
Each state has there own laws on how long driving after suspension stays on your driving record. For example, a suspension stays on record for three years in California, but in Michigan it stays for seven years.
YOUR ALTERNATOR IS BAD THE REGULATOR INSIDE THE ALTERNATOR HAS SHORTED OUT BUT MOST OF THE TIME IT WILL STILL CHARGE
If your engine is running , and the battery light comes on , that indicates that your battery is not being charged
once a car starts the bttery is not more necessary to run the car . the generator takes over. in this case i think the regulator failed and the battry since is connected died also. Rocky_B - See my entry here for more things you might want to check: What could be wrong if the battery light stays on and the battery still runs down on a 1996 windstar after installing a new battery and alternator
If it stays on all the time it will drain the battery
why das my interior light stay on and run the battery down.
The battery light stays on when the alternator is over or under charging.
it stays on your driving record for 7 years
The battery light stays on when the alternator is over or under charging. The red brake light stays on when the parking brake is set or the fluid is low. The abs light stays on when the abs computer detects a malfunction and sets a code.
Probably loose drivebelt. or alternator belt of it is seperate.
yes but you shouldn't if alternator is not charging battery is bound to go dead and you will get stranded somewhere.
Wreckless driving stays on your record for 8 years in pennsylvania.
Your battery has low voltage and needs recharged, check for loose battery cables, if the light stays on have your alternator checked.
yes. most likely it has something to do with your alternator not providing the battery with electricity.
check ignition switch and efi relay
This usually indicates that there's a problem with your alternator. The car battery works in such a way that it keeps getting recharged as you drive. The alternator is the component that ensures the battery is sufficiently recharged. So the battery light comes on if it senses that the battery is not being charged sufficiently - this might be accompanied by a foreign sound under the hood if indeed the alternator belt is broken for instance. You need to get the battery/alternator checked out at a mechanic or battery centre as soon as possible. If you continue driving the car, especially if you will be using headlights and other power-dependant functions, the power left in the battery is used up, with no recharging taking place, until it's completely dead. This might mean your car randomly switching off on you in the middle of the road as you are driving. Jump-starting won't help and the car will need to be towed. Best advice is to get it checked out immediately.
owners manual fuse box interior lamps pull it then figure it out no sense in a dead battery
Unless it is expunged, it stays on forever.
In Ohio it stays on for 3 years.
it starts to not eat and stays in one spot most of the time.
apparently you have a draw or a short when the vehicle is shut off, disconnect the battery when not in use and see if the battery stays charged.
