fuel filter
You probably have a burned light bulb, either in the front or rear.
200,000 miles is not a problem with normal maintenance.
probably your battery is going bad - but could be the alternator as well.
correct problem then dis connect and reconnect battery.
this sounds like a problem i had on my 2000 you need to look into having the shifting cable replaced. some of the late 90 models have had a recall on the shifter and if you are in that recall, you can go to a dodge dealer and they replace it for free, that was my case.
Could either be the AX15 or the NV 3500
You could, but the ABS light will stay on.
I/m expecting poor fuel mileage as well, cud knock sensor be bad? causing engine to choke at low RPM?
This is a common problem on the B3500 van. The first thing to do is wiggle and jiggle the shifter. There is an adjustment in the automatic transmission shifting linkage. A mechanic adjusted this when I bought my 1998 1 ton Dodge van (it had the problem at only 18k miles).
my dodge has the same problem, it is the power steering return hose being cracked or cut.
I corrected the problem on my 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 by replacing the upper and lower ball joints.
Sounds like a starter or battery problem, possibly wiring problem
