Bring to a shop and have it scanned to determine problem
That's a tremendous question, Aldous, almost stupendous, but not horrendous or hazardous.
A "cavalier attitude" is kind of a casual, almost dismissive attitude. Webster's defines "cavalier", in this usage, as "marked by lofty disregard of others' interests, rights, or feelings; given to airy dismissal of things worthy of attention." Basically a "cavalier attitude" is not caring about things that are important to you or others.
Cavalier is 5x100 witch is 5 lugs... The Saturn im almost positive is 4x100... Witch is 4 lugs
I have a '96 Cavalier and I'm having horn issues. Mine was located behind the front bumper on the passenger side. It is almost in the bumber itself.

The engine cooling fan clutch may be locked up.
It is mounted on the firewall....almost in the center. If it's the original relay it will say GM ABS IV on it.
Honestly ,to me if it wont start, then it is a power problem! because of Pontiac's alternators and being that the car is almost 10 yrs old you should have that checked!!
it is located almost under the motor between the firewall and the motor youll see 3 coils on a plate.
A 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier with an automatic transmission takes dextron / mercron type fluid. It is sometimes abbreviated dex/merc. Dextron / mercron fluid is used in almost all American made automatic transmissions,
This would be an almost impossible swap. Not saying it is not possible, but almost impossible. First off there is not enough room for a 350 in the engine bay. Secondly the Cavalier is FWD. It would be impossible to drive the front wheels off a V8. You would have to convert the Cavalier to RWD to even make this remotely feasible. Thirdly is the weight issue of the V8. IMO, this would be an impossible swap or would mean that so may modifications would be required as to make this way too costly.
i have a 97 z24, i just had the same problem, i replaced my fuel tank, i was getting air in my gas line because of a leak in the tank... just one possibility, but most likely fuel related
