If there is fuel in the tank and the injectors are clean, it is usually an electrical problem.
To look to the most basic problem, make sure all spark plugs and leads are connected and not burned out. Next, check to see if the dynamo (or coil, depending on where you come from) is connected correctly and also not burned out.
Another problem could be with the flow of fuel... or the lack of it. Check to see if the fuel filter is not clogged and the fuel pump is working correctly.
A slightly more rare, but not immune problem may be your ignition control module. These electronic devices usually have a 200,000 km life and can burn out disabling the running of your engine. These ignition control modules can be costly, even though they do not take long to replace.
