Without knowing your riding level and experience and how much training your horse already has it is impossible to know where to start. Training a horse is a long process that can be dangerous for the inexperienced. If you can't afford to pay a trainer rent or buy some basic training DVDs. Go to a bookstore or library and get some books on basic training.
It sounds like your horse is a bit green and he now needs some hours to smooth him out a little. But is is so difficult to explain the training he will need if I can't see the horse. Schooling a horse is very individualized. And not all methods work for every horse. That's part of being a trainer. You have to find what works for your horse. But training at it's most basic is correct riding. You have to be a correct rider and you have to 'ask' the horse correctly to get the desired results.
Any horse, filly, colt, mare, gelding etc. you can start training when they are born, working on basic ground manners, loading into trailers, trying, standing for the farrier, etc. To start riding a horse you can start at the age 2 1/2 years old.
Nope! that's like making a small child work. you should certainly keep them occupied with ground training and manners, but riding, driving, and breeding should wait until the horse is fully grown. Riding them at age 3 is fine... no jumping til at least 6 or 7 when their bone plates have finished forming
A calade is a slope in a manège ground - a ground used for riding and training horses - down which a horse is made to gallop, in order to give the horse supple haunches.

To transition your child from using training wheels on a strider bike to riding independently, gradually raise the training wheels higher off the ground to help them develop balance. Encourage them to practice riding on flat surfaces and gradually introduce them to slightly sloped areas. Provide positive reinforcement and support as they gain confidence and balance, eventually removing the training wheels once they are comfortable riding independently.
Western Riding, proven results; Welsh ponies achieve higher skills in their western training and tack.
To successfully transition your child from riding a bike with training wheels to riding without them, start by gradually raising the training wheels higher off the ground to help your child get used to balancing. Encourage them to practice riding on a flat, smooth surface and provide support and guidance as needed. Once they feel comfortable, remove the training wheels and have them practice balancing and pedaling with your assistance until they gain confidence. Celebrate their progress and provide positive reinforcement to boost their motivation.
hunter is all about look and manners. regular hunters is where they judge the horse, and hunter equitation is when they judge the person riding.

Depends. Bike riding is a decent cardio work out, so it's better than nothing. But a dedicated workout to make you a faster runner would have some weight training(squats, lunges) and then a lot of interval (sprint) training.
Yes, your feet should be able to touch the ground when riding a bike for stability and safety.
