I have the problem (i think) in my 1993 Pontiac Firebird Trans AM.
check the Pontiac dealership and order a pair for a trans am if all other types won't fit.
I had the same problem with my 98 firebird. Took it to good auto repair shop and they fixed them with no problem. Not cheap but not that expensive. Can't remember the explanation of why they did this.
There is no relay. The voltage comes from the fuse box directly to the headlight switch.
my turn signals do not work in my 1992 Pontiac Firebird
First of all.Whats wrong with them. Second if its a turning signal or a brake light problem Third is it reverse lights Being more specific does help get more answers
check the connection there was a corrosion in the connection of my firebird that was stoping all of the bulbs to work and check the ground on the bulbs if that don't work i would have to say start tracing the wires under the carpet for bad wires but dielectric grese is the tail lights best freind after you get them working. Good luck
take battery cable off its a tempary fix but you have something behind the instrument panel blown
inside of hatch on back wall separate carpet back a lil then theres black wing nuts on the tail lights remove them all and replace install is opp of teardown
if i read that right lol all cars do that that is just the way they are set up if ur lights arent on your brake light dont need to be on hell as long as someone sees your reverse lights ur fine but anyways all cars do that
