Your alarm key fcc ID ELVAL777A doesnt work even if you change new battery how do you fix it your car is Honda accord 1996 it just suddenly stop functioning so you have to turn off alarm?

I have the same alarm key fcc ID ELVAL777A on my 1996 Toyota previa (van). A couple years ago I accidently dropped the remote to the water at the beach. A few weeks after that the remote stopped woking on my van. Luckily I had the second remote that I kept in a safe place, and it was still working. I then opened the bad remote and found out that the circuit board on the backside was rusty and some of the copper traces were completely destroyed. I then cleaned up the circuit board with alcohol, resoldered all the connections and traces. I have my remote worked again. Hope this help.
