It is okay. If your best-friend is a really good friend then he wont mind that you date his twin. If you trust each other and are willing to be in a relationship with each other. But you should probably take it slow and not flaunt your relationship in front of his brother that might make your friend feel like a third wheel and that might bring some tension between you guys.
