IT depends on the age, and has it happened for a long time, or did it first started? First take your cat to the vet and make sure your cat is okay because that is not normal, and if your cat is healthy and the vet says nothing is wrong, you should check for ghosts, because my friends bunnies acted weird until they had a medium check it out.... because ghosts can taunt with your pets to signal something.
