i am using windows xp this happened once before and we called a tech dude who made a new account i tried that and it didnt work it happened right after i got rid of akm antivirus mallware last time it was xp internet security it used to not know what program to open stuff with but then i ran CClener and fixed some regestry problems and now its like this
