just take an iron pill every other day....it wont hurt as bad.....just make sure to eat lots of green veggies.....mostly spinach!!!....because they do make you kinda constipated....
i was put on iron pill when i was 14.....and its not that i had a heavy flow...i did on some months...but i was on my period for over a year.....and the doctors told me to try that....and i did for 4 years.....then i was tired of being constipated all the time......so i started taking Birth Control .....and that just made things worse...so i think i am going to go back to iron pills...and just try to eat the nasty spinach!!!...hhahahaha
