Your fan is not coming on on your 1996 neon even when you turn on the air conditioning I tested the fans they work fine so my problem is power to them. Where do mI start?

sounds like possibly a blown fuse. a bad fuse can cause that problem.check your fuse panel. for the acessories. and see if there is a fuse listed as a/c .if so take the fuse out. and check to see if it is blown. if it is. you can most likely get a replacement fuse. from a local auto parts store.
