Talk to your friend about it. Obviously someone isn't going to be happy regardless of who he actually likes or what happens. One of you will have to talk to him about how you both feel. If you are confident that he likes you (more), it is better for you to talk to him. If your friend doesn't agree, let her talk first: * if she is right, she will be happy, you will be less upset than if he had rejected you personally, and they will be happy together. * If she is wrong, she will be the one that feels bad, you will get the guy and can walk off into the sunset.
