Have someone push the release switch while you listen at the door for a click. If there is one then the spring inside the door lid that makes it swing out is probably broke. If no click then check fuses, then replace switch or the release actuator. Mine in a 98 aurora was the spring/clip that is inside the hinge for the door, it rusted and broke. You can open the door with a pocket knife to check everything out. Some cars also have a manual release in the trunk, didn't check this one.
Bad powertrain mount or worn CV joint or high idle speed or torque converter problem.
Possibly. That was the problem with my 2003 4.0.
Probably a vacuum leak. Do you have a code P0171 or P0174?
when overdrive button is flashing, it is an indicater that there is a problem with your transmission. it may be a simple problem or it could be a major problem. take it to a transmission shop before you need to be towed into shop
could have and air lock in the system
On the left side of the instrument panel there is an access cover to your fuse panel. Fuses are marked on the inside of the cover as to what they control. there should be a fuse labled for the gas cap door solenoid. It sounds like the fuse is blown. If not, remove the material from the drivers side of the trunk around the area where the fuel door is located and you should find a method of manual release. A latch or possibly a pull cable.
I think Aurora is a lovely name. A shortened form could be "Rory".
Loose or corroded battery cables? Bad coil?
It could be frozen. So to unfreeze press and hold the center button and the menu button until you see an apple appear on the screen. Then once you see the apple, press and hold the center button and the pause/play button. It should unfreeze (if that's your problem) and be back to normal! (For additional help, search 'How to unfreeze a frozen i-pod nano' on Youtube---that's what I did when that happened to me---) :)
There is a button in the glove compartment that disables the remote releases for the trunk. I would check there first.
Is anybody going to the concert tonight? I don't think anybody was prepared for the sudden change in weather. Does anybody have a spare pen I can borrow?
I am going to use anybody in a sentence to show that it can be used as an indefinite pronoun to refer to any person, without specifying a particular individual. For example: "Does anybody know the answer to this question?"
