Your heater blower only works on high speed on a 2002 mercury villager and if its a risister were is it located. thank you?

under dash, passenger side, by heater blower, supposed to be an easy fix. Held on by 1 clip and 2 screws try Rockauto.com airtex Part#4P1402 supossed to have a good picture to look at so you know what your looking for.
