On the blower housing. Remove the glove box to gain access.
On the bottom of the heater/AC housing under the dash.
It would be in the relay box under the hood near the battery.
The blower is controlled by the blower switch, blower resistor, and relevant power relay.
You see that knob you turn to run the blower? That's it.
Remove the glove box. The front blower motor and the resistor can be accessed from there.
Right inside the roof housing where the air comes out.
The front blower motor relay is located in the fuse panel by your left knee. When you remove the cover, you will find a fuse block and 5 relays on the right of the fuse panel. The front blower relay is the last relay on the bottom
There is really no method to "check" the resistor, text by substitution.
Held in by two small screws under dash.
