Remove the snap in place trim that goes all the way across the dash (steering column to glove box. Remove left side with light switch assembly. Remove trim arround instrument panel. Then remove instrument panel while taking care in disconnecting wiring and transmission indicator. Replace quarter turn bulbs that are blackened. Reverse procedure to reinstall.
