Check switch
Assuming you have no speeds including HI I would check for power at the connection at the blower motor with ignition and switches on. If you have power the motor is shot. If you have no power go back and check the fuses. If the fuses are good check the switch and electrial plug at the switch for damage. If the blower motor speed resistor was burned out you would still have HI speed.
You have power but make sure that you also have a good ground and if so then you will need to check both the blower resister as well as the blower switch..........
Getting power to motor? if so could be a bad motor if not could be bad resistor pack or bad switch
look in your service manual for blower motor resisters. they are typicaly what goes bad and stops the blower motor from running. i dont know where they are in your vehicle
The blower motor resistor circuit board has gone bad. Replace the blower motor resistor. I did Still dont work Try the fuses...Had the same problem and it was a blown fuse.
First check the fuses. If the fuses are okay I would suspect the switch and plug had a meltdown or the blower motor itself is shot. If it was the blower speed resistor that was shot you would still have high speed.
replace the blower motor switch
Ground the motor housing on the new motor and see if it works then
have you checked fuses and relays? Yes, I actually replaced the blower motor module & that didn't work. The Blower Motor itself spins freely & there doesn't seem to be any electrical issues. Could it be the Blower Motor speed switch??? If so, is that hard to access?
Your heater coil is bad.
Alaways check the fuses first, on mine they are under the dash coved up by a plastic cover and also more under the hood also coved by a plastic cover. If fusses are OK then check the blower motor itself to see if it still works. Also check the blower switch on the dash to see if it is working. Stupid question, how do you test the switch and motor?
Disconnect the electrical connection at the blower fan motor, put a new fuse back in and see if the truck starts and runs without blowing the fuse. If so replace the blower fan motor. If the fuse still blows, disconnect the ac clutch wire from the ac compressor and try again.
