Hello, In all honesty it is difficult to answer your question accurately. Its possible you may of had a early miscarriage but it does sound more probable that you experienced a unusual period for you. Sometimes periods can arrive late and be more heavy and clottier than they usually are. But do make yourself a appointment with your doctor as soon as possible for a examination & a evaluation of your symptoms. Were you diagnosed as pregnant? If you were in fact pregnant and now started you period again you "did" have a miscarriage. In the early stages of pregnancy a miscarriage is not always going to have any major symptioms. Discharging tissue could be something else if you weren't pregnant. I would see a doctor if you continue to have such discharge in the future.
