If you are seeing major changes in your menstrual periods then it is best to consult your doctor to determine why and rule-out any serious underlying health conditions. A one day period is not normal, if very heavy it could be a sign of something more serious - if you can go through a super absorbency within an hour that is a sign that your flow is too heavy so you need to see your doctor.
