Your radio stopped working in your 2000 Chevy prizim when you used the car lighter and still does not work you think it might be a fuse how do you know what is wrong with it?

I had the same exact problem with my 98 prizm. It IS a fuse. Mine was located in the fusebox, behind the little storage compartment on the dash. It's a 15 amp mini fuse, marked as lighter. Hope this helps you!
