I assume you son was treated with griseofulvin for the tinea capitis (scalp ringworm)? If so, sure, he may have a haircut.

With medication, it will take a couple of weeks to go away. It's best to use it for about a month, though, just to be sure that all of them are gone. Make an appointment with your doctor, or vet, as soon as you can.

You have to have a Dilation and curettage to get it out. it's an abortion method that means they will scrape the uterus. This must be done or you will get serious infections. This is very common at miscarriages.
