more often than not there is another fuse on the back of the stereo in the dash. 10/15/20 amp ATC style fuse pending on the amperage of the stereo

It's a warning to have your transmission checked. May need a fluid change, or worse. It happens with my '04 Odyssey after I get on the freeway, but only if I have to floor it which engages the passing gear.
The maintenance code B125 for a 2008 Odyssey actually means you need to do three things to the car. The car needs the oil changed and a filter replaced, the front and rear brakes needs to be checked, and the steering box, tie rods, and boots need checked.
Aha, another one! Yes, our '99 caravan is acting the same way. I have checked the bulbs and fuses, both checked good. I even checked the wires with a volt meter. No power is getting to the bulb sockets.
