You need to confront your wife and let her know that you are aware of her position and why she feels the need to have an emotional affair. Emotional affairs are generally started when one spouse is unhappy in the marriage and feels they are being ignored or neglected or the romance has left the marriage. Men often get confused with a woman's way of thinking and in the case of your wife she is hoping by leaning on another man with her problems and talking things out she may get some answers to the marriage problems, but this man wants to take advantage of her by having a physical affair with her. Communication is far more important than sex and the two of you need to work on communication skills and also consider seeking help from a marriage counselor. If you don't take stock of yourself in this marriage and see where you may have taken your wife for granted without realizing it and confront her then you may well lose her. Both spouses in a marriage should be able to speak their mind on things that are troubling them in their marriage before something drastic happens.
