To my understanding, "The Legend of Zelda: Valley of the Flood" is the rumored title thought by some to be the next installment in the franchise. Apparently, an interview with one of the head developers of the Zelda games was leaked on the internet and revealed some information on the next Zelda. Mainly what the interview reveals is that the game takes place in between the games "Ocarina of Time"/"Majora's Mask" and "The Wind Waker" and shows how Hyrule was flooded. The game takes place in a "steampunk" Hyrule and you play as man who is having an illusion of grandeur that he is the Link you played as in Ocarina and Majoar (aka the Hero of Time). Also revealed in the interview is that the game will feature voice acting and a full orchestrated soundtrack.
However, while all this may sound good to you (or bad), this interview has not been actually confirmed as being real or not yet. The picture that goes along with articles concerning the interview though (the picture of the man overlooking a steampunk city) is photoshopped and not from a Zelda game. It should be noted though that this interview was not supposed to be released until after this years E3. So really, despite what all the hardcore fanboys of the series say, right now this interview and information has a 50/50 chance of being accurate and true or not. I mean keep in mind, the same people who are doubting this interview are the ones who doubted the final "Super Smash Bros. Brawl" roster when it was leaked, yet it turned out to be true.
Hope that help answer your question! :)
