You need to be able to find files quickly without searching through all of the different folders. You will also need to be able to keep track of data in spreadsheets and write out business letters in word processing systems.
Finally, you need to make sure that you know how to use a phone with transferring capabilities. This is much different than the cell phone to which you might be accustomed. You will have to be able to switch callers from one line to the next without dropping the call or sending them to the wrong department.
