∙ 12y agoCloud computing is technology that allows data and software to be stored "in the cloud." Basically, the cloud is a network that is internet-enabled. This way, people on the network can access all the data and applications from the cloud instead of actually having it installed on their computer. This increases mobility and allows associates to work from anywhere there is an Internet connection. Information is safer because is is kept in one central location where it is updated constantly as users access it. Furthermore, backing up data is easier because it is all together. This means more security and peace of mind, while increasing productivity. Cloud computing will no doubt be the office network of the future.

Cloud computing is a database that saves users data on a network that can be accessed from any computer. This means you can save documents, pictures, media and even computing preferences.
