In order to download iTunes music and videos, you will have to sync your Mac and Palm Pixi. Attach the Palm Pixi charger cable to the phone's micro USB port and then to an available USB port on the Mac. Touch the "USB Drive" icon that appears and this will sync your phone and computer. On the computer, open "Finder" and select "Palm Pixi" under the "Devices" menu. You are now able to drag and drop songs, videos and other files as if the phone were any standard flash drive. Properly eject the Pixi before disconnecting it from the Mac.
