The best diet plans do not offer miracles. Miracles do not happen in weight loss. It takes a concentrated effort on the part of the person trying to lose weight. All healthy diet plans will emphasize that food consumption must be reduced to a healthy level and exercise must be done daily. Cardiovascular exercise should be done for thirty minutes a day to ensure the most weight loss on average. Any weight loss plan that says either or both of these things are not necessary is attempting to scam the consumer and should be completely avoided at all costs.
