The change in tree foliage could one mean one thing: Fall is coming. And with the change in seasons comes a new college year for most young adults, who often feel overstressed thanks to a lack of sleep, constant homework, and trouble keeping up with classes. Chances are if you too are going to college, you feel overwhelmed just from attending college--adding in exercise is probably not on your agenda. But perhaps it should. A study from Tufts University says that students who exercised at least 3 times a week were physically healthier and happier, improving their performance in school. So if you want to perform better in college, exercise matters--so make it count. Here's how to fit in exercise into your busy college schedule: 1. Bike or walk to class. It's convenient to drive or take the bus to your next class, but it's not likely to keep you in shape. For a double whammy, consider biking or walking to class instead. Although it may take longer, you'll get in some quick cardiovascular fitness without having to schedule a separate exercise appointment--a win win for the busy college student. 2. Take an exercise class at your college. Some colleges offer an exercise class as part of the curriculum, allowing you to gain college credits while getting in shape. So take advantage of it--and take as many as you can deal with. 3. Between classes, work out. If you have an extra hour or two between classes, use this time to squeeze in a quick workout--whether that's hitting your college's gym or taking advantage of the great outdoors to get in a quick jog. Chances are you'll feel too tired to do much, but just fitting in three sessions can do wonders for your energy levels--so make it a habit! 4. Do homework while at the gym. Got homework you need to finish? Multitask while you do it! Some students go on the stationary bicycle while at the gym to work out while working on homework, and it's probably one of the easiest things you could do to get in shape. Make sure to do it while you're doing a workout that doesn't involve you to move around too much, however, otherwise it can become impossible to concentrate. Remember, exercise is one of the best things you could do to feel happier and have more energy in college--so make it a habit!

i am not sure
i was just released from prison can i get grants for living expenses while attending college
he got married while attending college
This depends solely on what college you are attending. You will first want to make sure that they even offer exercise physiology. I am not sure that you can get a PhD in it though. If you are not in college yet, call the college you want to attend and ask about their program for exercise physiology and ask them about how you would go about majoring in it and what the highest level of education that they offer in exercise physiology would happen to be.
