You don't need to loose weight fast!!! As soon as you come off the 'starvation diet' , you will 'binge' eat and put the weight back on.

What you need to do is #1 exercise/move more and #2 eat less/change your diet.

You never see fat natives in the jungle; reason they have to move to find food to eat, a totally natural diet.

By all means exercise more .

In changing your diet ; never eat anything out of a packet nor processed food.

By all means eat meat, fish, vegetables, fruit and bread (NOT Cake-processed). Drink water, and small amounts of alcohol(wine/beer).

You will find the weight come off, but slowly, providing you keep to the routine natural diet. Once you have reached a weight, it is your natural weight, and there you will stay.

Many years ago a consultant surgeon said to me ' do not eat anything out of a packet nor processed food. I have 'cut open' that many people and seen the results of malnutrition from eating the wrong food. ' Humans are natural omnivores, and the human gut is not biologically designed to eat processed food, although we can digest it to a point. Also you will find your tastes change too, to the point that you will wonder why you ever ate packeted food.

As for exercise /moving more , try running/jogging or swimming. all are good exercises to use up calories .

So anyone who says take this pill and loose weight is talking rubbish and is just trying to make money from you. There is no such thing as a slimming pill; its just plain fiction.
