There are several wireless internet providers, you can try Verizon,or Sprint.
they are the same and no they are not secure! Wireless Internet is only a part of Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi referring to all "wireless" connectivity under a certain broadcasting frequency. So, in short, there is no difference.
Adding detail to my question... I have a laptop that has full wifi, and another with no wifi, and it cannot use an adapter... Is there any way I can connect wirelessly to a spare router I have, as well as my internet enabled router (I have a USB WiFi adapter I could use to make 2 connections), and then connect the laptop with no wifi to the spare router via ethernet to get internet? The laptop with wifi is windows 8, and the other is fedora 19. Thanks!
no I am sorry but you don't.
if it doesn't work try to get a diffrent cord at Frys electronic store it should be about 30-50 dollars I asked the question and dude, I'm English :D but thanks anyways!!
You need to log in your router, and enable security for wireless networks.
You just go to youtube and go on xbox live setup. you can do all sorts on it such as chatting gaming and download. have fun. ---- HI!, if your still stuck getting Xbox live through your laptop you can easily get information through youtube and I belive these video will help you greatly. Copy and paste these link to your search bar: Microsoft XP: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x2OcHzLfBLo&feature=related Microsoft Vista: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NpBOnPB1jMU&feature=related The main things you may need is obviously your xbox 360, ethernet cable (internet cable) in the ethernet cable port (360 and laptop), Laptop/desktop Computer, and a wireless router. ----
I already have wifi built into my laptop thanks.
Maybe you need to check the settings for the laptop to see wether you have set the volume to 0 as this is very likely to have happened while you were using your laptop. thanks

In internet chat or texting, "thanks" is most commonly shortened to "thx" or "ty." There is no proper abbreviation for that word beyond that.
Though nowadays most sites say you can they will probably contain dangerous viruses which can effect the work on your laptop or computer Thanks Gaurang
