It is not imperative to go to a specialty store where you will pay big bucks to find a shoe that properly fits your child. If you can’t find a specific size or width, most stores are willing to help find you a pair at a nearby store, or even order you a pair from their warehouse. If that’s not possible, consider using the internet to search and find a pair in the size you need.

Garage sales and online sites like Craigslist.org are also great places to find shoes for your children. Since kids wear shoes for such short periods of time before outgrowing them, many shoes you can find being resold are in great condition. You may even find some of the pricier specialty shoes being sold at super cheap prices. By doing a little searching and comparing, you can find kids’ shoes at very low prices.
