If you find a house you love you can talk to the owner and see if they are willing to hold the note until you pay the mortgage off liked a lease with a option to own. You can also buy a house at a local city auction for little or nothing and repair the house, You will own it free and clear.
wouldn't you have to have cash up front for the auctions, these people don' have eiher, so how could they own a home like that.inform me if there is an easier way to buy a house without credit, being such an option
