Food and Drink

Singapore is full of wonderful restaurants that offer a wide array of cuisines. Due to the multi-ethnic nature of this city-state, it is not difficult to find high-quality Indian, Malaysian, and Chinese restaurants. The city also offers Italian, French, and American dishes. Every July, the Singapore Food Festival will take place and it has attracted many tourists consistently. Some of the popular local Singaporean dishes are satay, laksa, and chili crabs. For a cheap meal in this expensive city, visit one of the hawker markets for some tasty dishes at a ridiculously low price. Do not forget to try the Singapore Sling before leaving the city.
