Coffee made me extremely tired my whole life, and it upset me, since most of my friends and family would take joy to the fact that it would give them some pep in their step! Then I was researching my depression and anxiety and came across an article about depression diagnoses being mixed up or mistaken for people who really have ADHD, but since most of the symptoms are similiar, it difficult to seprarate the two. to make this long story a little shorter, the article mentioned that if coffee makes you really tired almost immediately, then you may have ADHD.......so I went for testing, and sure enough, I did have it, along with depression and anxiety. Now I am medicated, and stay away from coffee..........and find that the ADHD medication helps with the depression and anxiety as well!!!! I was started on Ritalin, because of my low income and couldn't afford a newer, or better RX now........anyone have any suggestions on how i could get a better medicine, at a small price??
