Both 240v AC (Europe) (100v AC USA) and the internal 5kva has the ability to arc and can cause the heart to stop though a process call arythmia where it interferres with the signal from the brain used to regulate the heartbeat.
The current used by the supply is also capable of causing fire when passed through faulty components or through a resistive path to ground both on the AC and DC sides of the supply.
Therefore a PC supply should not be repaired by an unqualified person who has not been trained in the heath and safety of power supply repair.
