To transfer a balance to your debit card, you can typically do so by linking your debit card to a payment platform or service, such as PayPal or Venmo, and initiating a transfer from your bank account to your debit card. You may also be able to transfer a balance directly from another account to your debit card through your bank's online banking portal or mobile app.

YOu can get a debit card as long as you have a bank account attached to it. My 14 year old has a debit card (check card) and I deposit her allowance directly into her bank account. It is easier than giving her cash and she keeps up with her account balance so that she doesn't overdraw on her account. yes, im 13 and my dad is getting me a debit card from tuxedo at master card. you have to be 18 to get a credit card. the good things with debit cards is that you cant go overdrawn with them its much better than a credit card!
