Special fitting. Its been awhile but I'm pretty sure you need a brass fitting that has a 1/4" male pipe thread on one end that screws into the tank, then your 5/16" double flare tubing nut threads into the fitting. Your local auto parts store should have a selection of brass fittings that include that one.
Even if you have the correct tool (a special socket or wrench made to remove/install them) for the job, it is likely you will need to have it cut out and a new fitting welded in. It is common for these sensors to become fused to the fitting making it virtually impossible to remove them. In some cases, the sensor is welded in place any must be cut out.

The connection on the engine side of the filter is a metal collar quick-connect fitting. You will need to use a special tool called a "fuel line separator tool" available at most auto parts stores to disconnect this fitting. You insert the fuel line separator tool into the female side of the fitting, push it into the fitting until it releases the locking tabs inside the fitting, and then pull the lines apart.
You need special equipment to do this correctly. Take it to a dealer for this.

If they are original they have no grease fittings If they are replacement they will have grease fitting on the side - special fitting for your grease gun will be required (Thinner than normal)
The bottom fitting is a quick connect fitting. You usually use a special tool to release this fitting. Some auto parts stores will lend you the necessary tool for free. The top line will be a flare fitting, which will require the proper sized end wrench or line wrench to remove.
