Yes
Front wheel drive
No, the brakes have nothing to do with the drive shaft.
There is no drive shaft because it is front wheel drive. The axles connect directly to tranny.
yes
how to chance a CV shaft on a 1997 dodge stratus
on the rear of the tranny before the drive shaft
The easy way is to disconnect the front or rear prop shaft.
Your drive shaft probably snapped in a pivot you'll have to take it off and look at it that happens on derby cars alot..
Check for vacuum leaks,
the horn is in front of the drive side wheels behind the bumper i hope this helps
There are magnents on the half shaft(front wheel drive) or the drive shaft( rear wheel drive)and a magnetic sensor positioned close to these magnents. If one or the other is damaged or missing the cc wont work. On my 2000 Dodge Ram Van, there's a vacuum line behind the passenger side headlight. If this is disconnected, the cruise control will not work. I found out from the clerk at the dealers parts dept. It's worth investigating.
