It is under the dash. I believe I remember it to be the two plug module above the parking brake.
When replacing brake pads a diagram may be needed. Diagrams to remove brake pads can be found in Chevy forums and in the specified auto books found in auto stores.
Purchase the Haynes Manual for the Lumina it has all diagrams you may need.
