What's a trasmission?? Transmission's have more then one gear, most these days have 1-2-3-D with Over Drive. So it will not "quit shifting" just because it gets warm. Hope This Helps.
To convert a percentage to decimal, shift the number to the right by 2 digits (100). Shifting 8 right once gets you 0.8. Shifting it twice gets you 0.08.
I don't believe ther is one on this transmission, just the fluid gets changed. If there is a filter, it would be replaced if transmission is overhauled.
Also, when it does finally shift the speed is anywhere between 35-45
It needs to be taken apart to find the problem. Once that is done the transmission always gets a complete rebuild since it's apart anyway.
My 2000 4.0 liter automatic usually gets around 15 or 16 mpg with combined highway/city driving. It's also got 30x9.5x15 tires.
www . fuel economy. gov ( no spaces ) shows for a 2000 Ford Ranger , with 4X4 , 4.0 L V6 engine and automatic transmission as getting 14 MPG city / 17 MPG highway
Chevrolet Impala 6 cylinder, 3.4 L, Automatic 4-speed, gets 17 mpg in the city & 29 mpg on the hwy.
If your starter is dead, you won't be going anywhere until it gets fixed, automatic or not.
The cast of Colette Gets Even - 2000 includes: Stella DuBois as Colette
The Nokia Sugar Bowl
If I remember correctly, it was Tibby's friend Bailey.
