Blower Resistor is bad. Remove the glove box by opening half way and pressing the sides out. The box will drop, push to the right and remove. There will be a harness with two 5/16 bolts holding it to the blower motor. Remove this and replace with new part. Should cost sround $20 and take about 10 minutes of your time. Do not get the dealer to do it, they will over charge you and take all day doing it.
