Chances are its a wheel speed sensor and will need the wheel bearing replaced. or it can be a loose or corroded wire attached to the sensor as well.

It is the front wheel drive traction control light. When your tires spin on wet roads the traction control helps regain your tires grip on pavement. Find the button and push it.
