Short answer: No. Of course, I don't know what state you're in, what the emissions requirements are, etc. Some engine faults that show up as a "Check Engine" light don't necessarily cause your car to fail the test (depending on your state), so clearing the light might not be necessary. Clearing the DTCs (Diagnostic Test Codes) and turning off the Check Engine light sets a code in the car's computer. Subsequently, any OBDII reader can detect this. The car has to be driven for a certain amount of time in a range of conditions (depends on make/model) to reset the computer "Ready" signal. Unless their OBDII reader detects this "Ready" signal, the smog check guys will fail you. In general.
The scanner can erase codes but if there is a problem the codes will immediately come back. So the answer is no.
I think the check suspension plug is under the hood on the pass. side and you would need a OBD1 scanner to check it. It's usually gray in color and says air suspension on it.
Depends on what the codes were, and what caused them. Clearing codes doesn't make the issue go away.
That depends on the year make and model. Some codes require a self test to pass three times in a row, which can take weeks depending on driving habits.
In order to pass inspection a car cannot have any warning lights on. The airbag light can be turned off with an OBD scanner, by clearing any codes that come up.
Yes you need all OBD codes clear to pass testing
u can find at secret codes on the website of Disney cheat codes for fairies then there is a cheat codes
You can't get free duel pass codes.
using a scanner is easy, you just pass the product pass the scanner and if it scans correctly the scanner will beep. If the item doesn't scan you will have to manually key in the barcode number. Sometimes the item will scan but the product won't be in the computer system so you will have to get someone else to go and check the price and then manually enter the product price under a product category code or something similar.

Try disconnecting battery for about 10 mins. to see if codes re-set if not: Have vehicle scanned to determine the problem and have codes cleared when problem is fixed
