crank sensor or cam sensor
Change crank shaft angle sensor ul get a spark
Are you getting spark?Could be Ignition module, pick-up coil, coil...
No. The coil provides the spark and the module tells the coil when to spark.
81 dodge van 250 . I have same prob and have replaced ign module, coil, and distributor pic/up but still have no spark. I traced wire to module from coil and found that I only have prob when ign is on with this wire. looks like I have a dead short on this wire between ign and module as the module controls pulsating spark to coil then to distributor pic/up then to spark plugs. Seems like no spark no go.
Dust module
Why start with the module? The coil is is a good place to start. Make sure of course you have voltage at the coil, if not trace it back.
You didn't mention whether you've changed the coil wire itself. If it's faulty, you'll get no spark anywhere. Also, the power supply to the coil or module could be at fault.
Coil
check your distributor ignition module and go test it...
your coil packs are bad. this is not cheap to fix. sorry.
what are you trying to measure and with what type of meter? generally we check the module with a spark tester. if there is no spark with the spark tester we check the kill wires and any safety switches that may cause a no spark issue and if all that still shows no spark then we replace the module.
Replace module.
