Yes a little over 2 yrs after the recall my ABS would activate when braking between 8 & 3 mph. The sensors cost like $125 apiece & new hub assembly which included sensor was $175 apiece. So I installed new hubs, that fixed the problem for about a year then I thought they went out again but found out the main Abs computer was bad. I pulled the fuse under the hood & drove without Abs. Was planning on fixing it but totaled my truck 12-22-10.
Because either that was not the cause of poor performance or you have multiple problems.
Happened to me to and need a crank sensor also!?
Have you checked the o2 sensor, map sensor. will cause rough running problems assuming it hasn't got a blown head gasket. does it start on six cylinders when stone cold? assuming it's a six cylinder.
try to repalce the igtion coil on the disturberd how about the sensor on it
I have not beat the tire problem but I have found alot of unhappy owners who have replaced the front end like me and still have the problem. I replaced ball joints, hubs, shocks you name it same thing.
Have you replaced the cam and/or crank sensor?
There are two separate sensors that play here. the "coolant temperature sensor" and "coolant LEVEL sensor". I suggest confirming which of these was replaced, as it is very common for them to be confused. likely you will find the coolant sensor that was replaced was the one on the engine (temperature); The LEVEL sensor is mounted either in the coolant resivoir or in the radiator. Probably just need the proper sensor replaced.
The first thing to do is have your plugs and plug wires replaced. That is probably the most likely thing that is causing you problems and the most inexpensive to replace if your broke like me! lol. Then if you are still having problems, you may want to have the Oxygen sensor checked out.
If an engine light is still on after replacing a fan's radiator sensor in a RFW engine the coolant sensor should also be checked. If the coolant sensor is bad it will send an error code to the car's computer.
the connector is corroded
no no no my crank sensor when out on my truck ar 95k now i have 125k and she is still running good
I have a 340 code replaced the crank sensor 3 times replaced the cam position sensor still did not fix it the Dakota runs fine but when it gets warm it will not start until it cools off.
