Try checking the Power Steering fluid. My taurus did the same thing until i filled the power steering fluid.
Does this squek vary with speed? When stopped and turning right does it squeak? More info is needed
i had the same problem on my Taurus 06. check the battery and it's connections, something is loose. i have changed the battery and cleaned the the terminals. every thing turned ok
A Trailblazer that squeaks only when turning to the left could have a problem with the steering or front wheel bearing. Turning to the left puts the right pressure on the parts to cause them to squeak.

Car turning right has the right away. Car turning from left has to yield the right away to cars coming strait or turning right this is the law in all 50 states
More info: '97 Honda, the right front tire was recently patched by a tire shop. Squeak occurs when the car bounces on bumps, holes, rough road.

Most likely the steering linkage. (Tie rod ends etc. ) They are short of grease. Have the front end checked. If the parts are original Ford, then you will be unable to grease them, just replace them if they are worn.
There are quite a few, however, to the left of Taurus is Orion the Hunter, while to the right of Taurus is Aries, the Ram.
The left tire will lift if your turning right
If the engine runs cold you might try replacing the thermostat. I had a similar problem with a Plymouth van, at low rpms, turning corners,,, it would stall.
