Not a complete answer: Go to your local library, and check the Haynes manual: Honda-Civic/CRX/Del Sol 1984-1985. Section 10, page 15 has Door Panel removal and installation instructions with pictures. While the 1992 is a JDM model, and not covered by Haynes (1993 onwards-US and Canada only), I am assuming that fittings, bolts and screws will not vary over the years from personal experience: if you open the door you can find a screw at the front window side (on the top)
the second screw is located behind a small cover behind the doorhandle (the doorhandle has 2 clips you also need to remove)
the third and also the last is behind a cover behind the grip. after you removed all the screws you can rip of the bottom (they are clips) and after you did that you can lift the entire panel upwards from the window. i did it last saterday because i had to fix a problem with my door handle.
