It is on the front of the crank shaft. It seals the oil at the crank pulley.
Yes. The dealer has a tool for that.
To change the front differential seals on a 1999 Chevy Suburban, first, lift the vehicle and secure it on jack stands. Remove the front differential cover to access the seals, then carefully pry out the old seals using a seal puller or a similar tool. Clean the sealing surfaces thoroughly before installing the new seals, ensuring they are seated properly. Finally, reassemble the differential cover with a new gasket or sealant, refill with differential fluid, and lower the vehicle.

To change the front fork seals on a Harley FXR, first, remove the front wheel and brake calipers, then detach the fork tubes from the triple tree. Next, drain the old fork oil and remove the top caps to access the fork assemblies. Finally, reattach the forks to the bike, ensuring everything is properly torqued to specifications.
Transmission seals? front yes, rear no. Engine seals, yes.
First step is to check the fluid level. If the problem is from 1st to 2nd, the front band has failed or needs adjusted. If the problem is 2nd to 3rd, the front clutch seals have failed and will need overhauled.
