To set the clock in a 1991 Dodge Stealth ES, first, turn on the car's ignition. Press and hold the "Clock" button until the display starts flashing. My 2000 Dodge Durango , my clock does not have the h or the m for setting the clock! any suggestions on how to set the clock????? Turn radio on, press set, press sel, now seek should change time.
You can set the clock, on your 2005 Dodge ram, by holding in the volume button. Turning the tuning knob as the volume button is held in. The time will advance with the tuning knob.
the clock on my 1996 Dodge Intrepid has an H and M on the right top. Use a pen or paperclip after turning the key until the power comes on, but before ignition. H changes hours and M changes minutes.
Turn the radio on. Press SET button. This puts the radio in (Program) mode. Press SEL button, then use the up and down on tune to set the hour, then press SEL and use tune to set the minutes.
unscrew the distributor pull it out about half way with the distributor cap off and turn the rotor clock wise to disired position

The clock on the radio can be set by two buttons found to the right on the display screen. H for hour and M for minute.
Just had the same issue called the local Dodge dealer they got a master key from the Vin# and cut one for me.
